ONLINE TRAINING AGREEMENT

The Student Acknowledges the following:

1. First, the student must complete the online course to receive the online course completion certificate.

2. The student must send the online course completion certificate to primepulsecpr@gmail.com. 

3. After the training center verifies the completion certificate, equipment for the virtual portion of the course will be sent to the student via mail and arrive within 3-5 business days at the address provided by the student. Overnight shipping is available at an extra cost; if you are interested in overnight shipping, please contact the office via email or phone.

4. The student must schedule a Zoom call for the online portion of the course within 2 days of receiving the package.

5. The student must return the package provided by the training center within 2 days of completing the Zoom call. We provide the return shipping label.

6. Your CPR card will only be emailed after the drop-off receipt is emailed to primepulsecpr@gmail.com. 

7. If equipment is not mailed back according to policy, we will charge your card on file a $10/day LATE FEE. 

8. If the equipment is sent not using our pre-paid label, the student is responsible for a fee of $250 for the equipment lost. If not paid within 7 days, the student's account will be sent to collections. 

9. Lastly, by paying the sign-up fee, you agree to the terms and conditions for online BLS training conducted by the Prime Pulse CPR.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       

PRICING AND REFUND POLICY

Online Classes

1. A fee is required to sign up for the course. This cost reflects all fees and costs indicated with certification. There will be no additional costs for the student unless the policies above are not followed. ​

2. Once the online course is issued and opened, the course becomes non-refundable. If the student decides not to complete the skill portion of the course and the equipment has not been shipped out, they are able to receive a partial refund determined by Prime Pulse CPR based on current completion. Students can then complete the eLearning course on their own time, and Prime Pulse CPR can assist the student in locating another class in their area. 

3. If refund is requested prior to the issuing of the online course, you are eligible for a full refund minus a 5% fee for processing.
